Activities: Website design, Creating and distributing information
Technical Information: Website design(Wordpress), e-marketing (Mail Chimp)
The biggest issues that I have faced is communication issues. While I was creating the Hall of Fame website I was trying to get together pictures of all inductees, and it was quite the challenge. Some people wouldn't respond to me, while others would send me multiple emails in a row telling me to add this and add that. I was overloaded with all of these people emailing me, but I was able to handle it. I also faced various technical issues like sites going down and links not working, but usually they were a quick fix.
I had to write a story on the Cheerleading team this week, and I receive emails from about 5 different people telling me what to put in the story. I got a little frustrated because I thought that I could handle the story without all of these people flooding my email. My boss was very nice and did the newsletter for me this past week since I spent quite a bit of time on the cheer story.
